Thirty five years ago, almost to the day, four baby turtles living in the subway tunnels of New York (fact check) come into contact with ooze, a mysterious substance that turns them into, get this, giant, as in, human-sized, crime fighting martial arts machines.
Martial arts, because ooze also transforms another resident of said subway tunnels, a rat, into a giant rat, who trains the four big-ass turtles in the arts of… martial. And they like pizza, and some of them speak like stoners (although there is none of that, very PG, and if there is, it is behind the scenes).
I mean, you can’t make this shit up. Ah, well, you know what I mean 🙂
