The story behind our Nik Naks design? OK, well… think of it this way. When we were growing up the Nik Naks guy looked pretty happy about the way things were going. He had a cool job – all he had to do was look good for the cameras during events and photo shoots. His vibey, smiling face was plastered on every second chip packet across the country. Then, as Dylan said… the times they changed. He was growing older; no longer had all the sweet moves; dredds thinning, smile lines dividing and multiplying. So they brought in new blood – the young, urban, funky hiphop Nik Naks guy. And the old, white, previously privileged dude? Man, he lost his job one time. Now look at him. Down and out bum. Niks Niks. This happens all the time.
