Can’t tell really in this version whether he’s the antagonist or protagonist either. Is he the destroyer of worlds (and Tokyo, and New York – the US release) or is he protecting all and sundry from other, also radiation powered kaiju.
It’s enough to make you want to open your mouth and scream, a huge, virulent stream of green radioactive phlegm, which is what I assume that stuff is.
