The Red Team had a host of real baddies to choose from, in their galactic encounters with the Blue Team. One of these was a Sith by the name of Darth Maul. This guy had a double-ended pointy stick (that also made the whoosh-whoosh noise; and glowed red with the dark force, in both the night and the day time).

By the time this guy came along the battle lines had long since been drawn between the two teams, and the heroes and the baddies were effing each other up on a pretty regular basis, as was ordained by the Mighty Corporate Order of Disney, whose priests grew ever richer on the fighting and storyline mayhem.
