If your name is Brian btw – you have to get this shirt! And if you read this slogan as “Bitch, Please – I’m Brain” don’t worry, it’s a fairly common error, we forgive you.

Melding popular culture iconography to internet slang along the weirded corridors of meme propagation is what we do, some would argue, best. We’d been wanting to use the “Bitch, please” turn of phrase for some time, and Brian Griffin, the outspoken anthropomorphic dog slash struggling writer slash family mediator from Family Guy, gave us the perfect excuse.

But what does it mean, you ask. Can it run Crysis? We’re not sure, and that’s the (un)certain beauty of it, if not the beauty of all popular culture mashups – they resonate, in different ways with different people for entirely un-thought-up reasons. Perhaps it has something to do with the casual sophistication of Brian Griffin. Can’t catch this guy off guard, which for us seemed a very cool reason for a seriously cool shirt.
