Payment Method

Ordering

Select the Tshirt you want to purchase by browsing the GALLERY section on the HOME page and clicking the respective design thumbnail. This will activate the TSHIRT VIEWER, where after you can view the tshirts on offer by clicking the [PREVIOUS] or [NEXT] buttons. [VIEW ALL] will take you back to HOME page.
Once the Tshirt you want to purchase is displayed in the TSHIRT VIEWER, select the preferred COLOUR of the Tshirt, and the SIZE of the Tshirt from the SELECTION PANEL on the right hand side of the TSHIRT VIEWER page.
Once you are satisfied with your selection click [ORDER TSHIRT]. When you have added the selected Tshirt/s to your order, click on [VIEW ORDER]. You will be taken to your VIEW ORDER screen where you can either ADD more Tshirts to your order, remove Tshirts from your order, or CHECKOUT.
To complete your order, select [CHECKOUT]. You will be taken to your CHECKOUT screen where your order will receive a unique order number and the option to purchase will be displayed. Select [BUY NOW] to be referred to Setcom (www.setcom.com).
SETCOM. Your payment will be made via credit card utilising Setcom’s 128 bit encrypted service gateway. You will need to either register as a new user or enter the login information of your existing Setcom account. Setcom will calculate the shipping costs of your order, and request your payment information. Once your order is complete you will be referred back to Tshirt Terrorist.

TERRORIST ACCESS (logged in/ member access)

Select the Tshirt you want to purchase by browsing the GALLERY section on the HOME page and clicking the respective design thumbnail. This will activate the TSHIRT VIEWER, where after you can view the tshirts on offer by clicking the [PREVIOUS] or [NEXT] buttons. [VIEW ALL] will take you back to HOME page.
Once the Tshirt you want to purchase is displayed in the TSHIRT VIEWER, select the preferred COLOUR of the Tshirt, and the SIZE of the Tshirt from the SELECTION PANEL on the right hand side of the TSHIRT VIEWER page.
Step 3 same above, except a logged-in Terrorist has the added option of SAVING AN ORDER, by selecting the [SAVE] option.
To complete your order, you may either select [CHECKOUT] to proceed to your VIEW ORDER screen and then on to Setcom (www.setcom.com) to complete your payment via secure online payment, or you may select the [MANUAL PAYMENT METHOD] as displayed in your VIEW ORDER screen. By selecting [MANUAL PAYMENT METHOD] you will be asked to affect a direct bank transfer to pay for your order. This request, along with your order information and the relevant Tshirt Terrorist account information, will be sent to your account email address. Please note. Paying for your order manually will increase the turn around delivery time of your order.
Step 5 same as above.

Shipping Options

During the ordering process you will be able to select one of two shipping options, depending on whether you are buying the Tshirt/s for yourself or a third party recipient. The shipping options, listed in the VIEW ORDER screen are as follows: STANDARD and GIFT.

STANDARD shipping option. If you are purchasing the order for yourself, select the STANDARD shipping option to receive the order along with standard documentation, detailing you (the buyer) as the intended recipient of the order.
GIFT shipping option. If you are purchasing the order for someone else, as a gift, select the GIFT shipping option to load the order with a gift invoice, which will allow the intended recipient to see who the order originator is/ who send the Tshirt order as a gift.

By selecting the GIFT shipping option during the order process, you will be entitled to leave an optional note for the recipient via a text box located on the VIEW ORDER screen. This note will accompany the order documentation. Tshirt Terrorist reserves the right to refrain from including a note in the order documentation that contains strong or abusive language.

Problems Ordering

If you experience any problems while ordering please either go back to the Tshirt Terrorist HOME Page and begin the ordering process from the start, or alternately, close and reopen your browser to www.tshirtterrorist.co.za. If the problem persists, please contact us.

Gift Vouchers

Tshirt Terrorist offers two Gift Voucher variables: SOUTH AFRICA and the REST OF THE WORLD. These variables are linked directly to the shipping costs per order. When purchasing a Tshirt Terrorist Gift Voucher, please ensure you select the correct variable depending on the geographic location of the intended recipient. Gift Vouchers purchased which do not reflect these variables correctly will not be honoured.

How To Purchase a Voucher

You need to be logged in as a Terrorist to Purchase a Voucher

Select the Gift Voucher you would like to purchase according to the correct variable, as outlined above.
Please enter the following information: your name, your email address; the recipient’s name and the recipient’s email address. Please ensure you enter this information correctly, then select [PROCEED].
The voucher information will be displayed. Once you are satisfied that this is correct, please select [BUY NOW]. You will be referred to Setcom (www.setcom.com) where you will pay for the voucher via the purchasing procedure outlined in the Ordering process.

How to Redeem a Voucher

Select a Tshirt and continue to your VIEW ORDER screen, as outlined in the Ordering process.
On your VIEW ORDER screen select [REDEEM VOUCHER].
You will be asked to enter in the voucher specific information (the Voucher ID), your name and the required shipping information.
An email will be sent to your entered email address, confirming your order and shipping information, where after your order will be shipped.

Statement of Quality

All Tshirt Terrorist Tshirts are pure cotton (100% cotton) items. Our Tshirts are manufactured locally (within RSA) by a leading clothing manufacturer. All Tshirts are manufactured under controlled conditions to ensure you receive a garment of unsurpassed quality.

All designs are silkscreen printed by a professional screen printing concern. Tshirt Terrorist does not make use of digital printing techniques.

Sizes

Tshirt Terrorist Tshirts are sized as follows: SMALL: [S] / MEDIUM: [M] / LARGE: [L] / EXTRA-LARGE: [XL]. The range of sizes offered on the Tshirt Terrorist website will be increased over time. For exact measurements, please consult the table below. All measurements are taken from the front of the shirt. The width is measured across the T, under the arms. The length is measured from the top of the neck to the bottom of the shirt.

Please note. It is generally accepted that most 100% cotton Tshirts will shrink approximately ½ size during the first wash.

Styles

Tshirt Terrorist has opened its online range with a Men’s’ CUSTOM FIT Tshirt. The pattern was developed from a LOOSE/ REGULAR fit Tshirt in close conjunction with a leading local manufacturer. The CUSTOM FIT is essentially a Regular Fit Tshirt that has been fitted to ensure you receive a Tshirt that is both comfortable and stylish. We’re very happy with the Tshirt and welcome your feedback on our CUSTOM FIT. Tshirt Terrorist will increase its range to include various men’s and ladies’ Tshirts, and other printable clothing garments. These developments will be announced on the Tshirt Terrorist website as and when they occur.

Shipping Information

Print to Order

Tshirt Terrorist delivers Tshirts both locally and internationally. Local shipping takes between 10 and 15 working days from the date your order is processed. International shipping takes between 15 and 25 working days likewise.

Tshirt Terrorist works on a Print to Order basis. All orders placed during a week are collected and processed on the following Monday. The printed Tshirts are collected, packaged and shipped. Printing turnaround time is 5-10 working days.

To limit the number of days you need to wait for your purchase, place your order at the end of the week or over the weekend. Orders placed on a Monday will be processed that following Monday.

Local Shipping Rates

Local shipping is accommodated through the South African Post Office, and the rates are standard per order, up to and including 6 Tshirts, at ZAR30.00. Orders larger than 6 Tshirts will be billed at ZAR60.00. Local shipping rates as stated include packaging and handling costs and apply to orders delivered within South Africa only.

International Shipping Rates (incl. Africa)

All orders, regardless of whether they are local or international, will be charged in ZAR (South African Rands). This applies to international shipping rates. As a general rule, shipping for all international orders will be charged at ZAR60.00 per Tshirt, excluding ZAR20.00 per order handling and packaging and ZAR20.00 per order registration and international tracking.

Local and international shipping rates and shipping rate options may change on short notice dependant on local and international distribution variables.
