CIVILIAN ACCESS (public access)

1. Select the Tshirt you want to purchase by browsing the GALLERY section on the HOME page and clicking the respective design thumbnail. This will activate the TSHIRT VIEWER, where after you can view the tshirts on offer by clicking the [PREVIOUS] or [NEXT] buttons. [VIEW ALL] will take you back to HOME page.
2. Once the Tshirt you want to purchase is displayed in the TSHIRT VIEWER, select the preferred COLOUR of the Tshirt, and the SIZE of the Tshirt from the SELECTION PANEL on the right hand side of the TSHIRT VIEWER page.
3. Once you are satisfied with your selection click [ORDER TSHIRT]. When you have added the selected Tshirt/s to your order, click on [VIEW ORDER]. You will be taken to your VIEW ORDER screen where you can either ADD more Tshirts to your order, remove Tshirts from your order, or CHECKOUT.
4. To complete your order, select [CHECKOUT]. You will be taken to your CHECKOUT screen where your order will receive a unique order number and the option to purchase will be displayed. Select [BUY NOW] to be referred to Monsterpay (www.monsterpay.com).
5. Monsterpay. Your payment will be made either via credit card (Master/ Visa) utilising Monsterpay’s bit encrypted service gateway, or via S.I.D. (Secure Instant Deposit) You will need to either register as a new user, enter the login information of your existing Monsterpay account, or proceed through the transaction process with an email identification number for instant access. Setcom will calculate the shipping costs of your order, and request your payment information. Once your order is complete you will be referred back to Tshirt Terrorist.

TERRORIST ACCESS (logged in/ member access)

1. Select the Tshirt you want to purchase by browsing the GALLERY section on the HOME page and clicking the respective design thumbnail. This will activate the TSHIRT VIEWER, where after you can view the tshirts on offer by clicking the [PREVIOUS] or [NEXT] buttons. [VIEW ALL] will take you back to HOME page
   
   
2. Once the Tshirt you want to purchase is displayed in the TSHIRT VIEWER, select the preferred COLOUR of the Tshirt, and the SIZE of the Tshirt from the SELECTION PANEL on the right hand side of the TSHIRT VIEWER page.
   
   
3. Step 3 same above, except a logged-in Terrorist has the added option of SAVING AN ORDER, by selecting the [SAVE] option.
   
   
4. To complete your order, you may either select [CHECKOUT] to proceed to your VIEW ORDER screen and then on to Setcom (www.setcom.com) to complete your payment via secure online payment, or you may select the [MANUAL PAYMENT METHOD] as displayed in your VIEW ORDER screen. By selecting [MANUAL PAYMENT METHOD] you will be asked to affect a direct bank transfer to pay for your order. This request, along with your order information and the relevant Tshirt Terrorist account information, will be sent to your account email address. Please note. Paying for your order manually will increase the turn around delivery time of your order.
   
   
5. Step 5 same as above.

Tshirt Terrorist offers secure online payment through Monsterpay  (www.monsterpay.com). 

Monsterpay is a Secure Payment Gateway that offers online payment solutions in over 200 countries.

Payment through Monsterpay can be made via credit card (VISA and Mastercard options are offered) or via EFT Internet Banking login (S.I.D).

S.I.D (Secure Instant Deposit) will enable you to log in to your Internet Banking via a secure, encrypted connection. Payment will then take place as per a standard EFT transaction. (In order to make use of the S.I.D payment option, you need to be registered for Internet Banking with your banking institution.)

If you experience any problems while ordering please either go back to the Tshirt Terrorist HOME Page and begin the ordering process from the start, or alternately, close and reopen your browser to www.tshirtterrorist.co.za. If the problem persists, please contact us.

To order a T-shirt as a gift for someone simply click on ORDER TSHIRT for the T-shirt you want to purchase and select the GIFT option on the VIEW ORDER screen.

During the payment process simply enter the name and address of the gift recipient into the DELIVERY ADDRESS fields and Tshirt Terrorist will send your T-shirt option with a gift invoice.

Along with GIFT option you can include a message which Tshirt Terrorist will pass on to the recipient. 

Tshirt Terrorist Promotional or Discount codes are usually offered through the Monsterpay payment platform.

In order to redeem a Promotional or Discount Code you would need to CHECKOUT and proceed through the MONSTERPAY Payment Process, and enter the discount code when prompted.

At the time of writing the Promotional Code link is on the Payment Details Page of the Monsterpay Tshirt Terrorist Payment Platform.

All Tshirt Terrorist Tshirts are 100% soft carded cotton. Our Tshirts are manufactured locally (within RSA) to established and tested specifications by a leading clothing manufacturer. All Tshirts are manufactured under controlled conditions to ensure you receive a garment of unsurpassed quality.

All designs are silkscreen printed by a professional screen printing concern, using solid coated pantone 'plastisol' inks.

Tshirt Terrorist does not make use of digital printing techniques, stencils or iron-on transfers.

Sizing

Tshirt Terrorist Tshirts are sized as follows: SMALL: [S] / MEDIUM: [M] / LARGE: [L] / EXTRA-LARGE: [XL] / DOUBLE EXTRA-LARGE [XXL]. The range of sizes offered on the Tshirt Terrorist website will be subject to change. For exact measurements, please consult the table below. All measurements are taken from the front of the shirt. The width is measured across the T, under the arms. The length is measured from the top of the neck to the bottom of the shirt.

Please note. It is generally accepted that most 100% cotton Tshirts will shrink approximately ½ size during the first wash.

Styling

Tshirt Terrorist has opened its online range with a Men’s’ CUSTOM FIT Tshirt. The pattern was developed from a LOOSE/ REGULAR fit Tshirt in close conjunction with a leading local manufacturer. The CUSTOM FIT is essentially a Regular Fit Tshirt that has been fitted to ensure you receive a Tshirt that is both comfortable and stylish. We’re very happy with the Tshirt and welcome your feedback on our CUSTOM FIT. Tshirt Terrorist will increase its range to include various men’s and ladies’ Tshirts, and other printable clothing garments. These developments will be announced on the Tshirt Terrorist website as and when they occur.

Tshirt Terrorist delivers Tshirts both locally and internationally. Local shipping takes between 10 and 15 working days from the date your order is processed. International shipping takes between 15 and 25 working days likewise.

Tshirt Terrorist works on a Print to Order basis. All orders placed during a week are collected and processed on the following Monday. The printed Tshirts are collected, packaged and shipped. Printing turnaround time is 5-10 working days.

To limit the number of days you need to wait for your purchase, place your order at the end of the week or over the weekend. Orders placed on a Monday will be processed that following Monday.

Local Shipping Rates 

Local shipping is accommodated through a dedicated courier delivery service and the South African Post Office. 

Shipping is calculated on a volume matrix - the more units you order, the greater the shipping cost, but the less the cost per unit. Further, At 4 units or more, your shipping is free. 

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OF FOUR OR MORE (SA ONLY)

Courier Delivery

Courier Delivery is valid for street addresses only. Any postal address orders that select Courier Delivery as a delivery option will automatically be delegated to SAPO delivery and will not be refunded. 

Tshirt Terrorist utilises recognised freighting and logistics companies for its courier delivery service. The typical delivery time for courier deliveries is 24 to 72 hours from date of shipping, not date of order. 

The rates for door to door delivery are as follows: 

R45 for 1 Tshirt
R75 for 2 Tshirts
R90 for 3+ Tshirts
 
Local shipping rates as stated include packaging and handling costs and apply to orders delivered within South Africa only.

SAPO Delivery (The South African Post Office)

SAPO Delivery is valid for street addresses and postal addresses. Street address orders will need to be collected from the local SAPO branch where the order will be held for 6 weeks. Tracking details will be provided to track and collect orders where required. 

The typical delivery turnaround time for postal deliveries is 5 to 7 days from date of shipping, not date of order. 

The rates for postal deliveries are as follows: 

R25 for 1 Tshirt
R35 for 2 Tshirts
R45 for 3+ Tshirts 

Local shipping rates as stated include packaging and handling costs and apply to orders delivered within South Africa only.

International Shipping Rates (incl. Africa) 

International Orders will be sent via Large Envelope International Airmail, registered and tracked by SAPO (The South African Post Office). Delivery within the country of receipt will thereafter be handled by the regional postal service or any other delivery service adopted by the counrty/ region of receipt. 

All orders, regardless of whether they are local or international, will be charged in ZAR (South African Rands). This applies to international shipping rates. As a general rule, shipping for all international orders will be charged at ZAR40.00 per Tshirt, excluding ZAR20.00 per order handling and packaging and ZAR20.00 per order registration and international tracking.

Local and international shipping rates and shipping rate options are subject to change without notice dependant on local and international distribution variables.

During the Checkout Process through Monsterpay you will be offered an Insurance Option. Selecting Delivery Insurance will insure your entire order against any factors that affect non-delivery of your order. The Insurance rate varies for different international regions, local and international, and is calculated on a sliding scale that takes regional factors into consideration. The typical insurace rate varies between ZAR5.00 and ZAR10.00.

Delivery Insurance is an insurance option for delivery only (third party factors). Tshirt Terrorist automatically guarantees your order against manufacturing or printing faults, and non-insured orders will always be valid for exchange or refund, without restriction (see Return Policy).

To sign up as a Terrorist on this site click on BECOME A TERRORIST and complete the relevant fields.

As a Terrorist you will experience greater control over the ordering process. You will be able to place and track a number of different orders from the TERRORIST BASE. Terrorists will also be allocated various member benefits. The nature of these benefits will be outlined on the Tshirt Terrorist website as and when they become available.

If you are unhappy with any Tshirt delivered by Tshirt Terrorist we will gladly refund you, including any shipping costs, provided the Tshirt is returned to us unwashed and unworn.

We will gladly exchange any Tshirt purchased that does not fit correctly, for the correct size.
